The flavour
Caramel is Linden’s white chocolate bar with toffee and buttery notes. The makers connected its flavour to childhood sweets, bringing a familiar, comforting character to a range that also explored dark cocoa and aromatic spices.
Cocoa butter, whole milk powder and skimmed milk powder form the base. With 34% cocoa solids and 49% milk solids, this pale bar puts its creamy character and caramel flavour at the centre.
