The makers behind the chocolate
Yatir and Nitzan Linden built their Oxford chocolate business under the name Linden Artisan Chocolate before becoming Linden Chocolate Lab. Bars, spreads and gifts gave them room to explore everything from pink pepper to spiced coffee.
Travel helped shape the range. Chai in India inspired a milk chocolate and tea combination, while pink pepper brought a different kind of spice to a dark chocolate bar. Super Silky explored the space between rich dark chocolate and creamy milk chocolate.
