The flavour
Spiced Coffee brings together 77% dark chocolate, coffee and a warming blend inspired by Yemeni hawaij. Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger and cloves are joined by star anise, adding layers of spice to the cocoa and coffee.
It is one of Linden’s darker bars, with cocoa mass and cocoa butter forming the base. The coffee and spices give it a distinctive place alongside the simpler cocoa-led flavours in the range.
