The flavour
Chai Massala grew out of the makers’ travels in India. A chai they encountered in Varanasi inspired them to explore a chocolate version, combining milk chocolate and oolong tea with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, dried rose and black pepper.
The 41% cocoa milk chocolate provides a creamy base for the tea and spices. It is a flavour built around the pleasure of chai: a blend of fragrant ingredients brought together in one bar.
