Our healthiest chocolate, made with coconut sugar instead of cane sugar, giving it a hint of caramel flavour.
We usually eat 90% dark chocolate but many people find it very bitter, so we came up with a recipe that is popular among dark chocolate lovers yet surprisingly not that bitter.
Cocoa mass, Coconut sugar (13%), Cocoa butter, Soy lecithin.
Minimum cocoa solids: 87%.
